Enrolment at Glendyne
Introduction.
Glendyne Education and Training Centre has the authority by virtue of, the Education (General Provisions) Act, 2006, to institute an enrolment policy and process for the school. Glendyne is a Queensland registered non-state school, for year levels 9, 10, 11 & 12.
Enrolment Capacity of the School.
Whilst the school endeavors to cater for all students that apply, the school caps its numbers at 80 students. The reason for this, is that the school likes to maintains small class sizes to cater for the individual needs of each student. Even when the total school population falls below the defined enrolment limits, vacancies may not necessarily exist in all year levels or in all subject levels. Enrolment Applications are preferred at the beginning of the school year. However, students are welcome to apply anytime through-out the school year.
The Enrolment Process.
- Before applying for enrolment, please read the Enrolment Policy and Guidelines, Student and Parent Handbook and Child Protection Policy and Handbook.
- Download and complete the Enrolment Application Form (Please NOTE: This is not the enrolment form).
- Send the completed Enrolment Application form, and required documentation (stated on the form) to the postal address indicated on the document
